1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pump Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Pump Studio ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
Pump Studio provides token analytics, streaming infrastructure, market data aggregation, and API services for the Solana blockchain ecosystem, specifically tokens launched on Pump.fun. The Service includes web dashboards, APIs, and agent integration tools.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Wallet Authentication
Access to the Service requires authentication via a Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We never store, access, or request your private keys. Authentication is performed via cryptographic message signing.
5. API Usage
The Pump Studio API is subject to rate limits. Anonymous access is limited to 30 requests per minute. Registered API keys receive 300 requests per minute. Abuse, excessive requests, or attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.
6. No Financial Advice
The Service provides data, analytics, and tooling. Nothing on Pump Studio constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. All trading decisions are your own. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and carry significant risk of loss.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Data is aggregated from third-party sources and may contain errors or delays.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pump Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) scrape or harvest data beyond API rate limits; (d) impersonate others; (e) distribute malware or harmful code through the Service.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
