1. Information We Collect

Pump Studio collects minimal data necessary to provide the Service:

  • Wallet address — your Solana public key, used for authentication and account identification
  • Session data — encrypted session tokens for maintaining login state
  • API usage — request counts and timestamps for rate limiting
  • Analytics — anonymous page view data via Vercel Analytics

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases — never requested, never stored
  • Personal identity information — no name, email, or phone required
  • Financial data — we display public blockchain data, not private balances
  • Cookies for tracking — no third-party tracking cookies

3. How We Use Your Information

Collected information is used to:

  • Authenticate and maintain your session
  • Enforce API rate limits
  • Improve the Service through anonymous usage analytics
  • Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on Convex (our serverless backend) with encryption at rest. Session tokens are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and expire after 7 days. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs for data aggregation. These services have their own privacy policies:

  • Convex — serverless backend and database
  • Vercel — hosting and analytics
  • Helius — Solana RPC and webhook data
  • DexScreener — DEX trading data
  • Jupiter — swap aggregation and pricing

6. Blockchain Data

All blockchain data displayed on Pump Studio is publicly available on the Solana blockchain. This includes transaction history, token holdings, and wallet activity. We aggregate and present this public data but do not control or own it.

7. Data Retention

Session data is retained for the duration of the session (max 7 days). Rate limit records are automatically pruned after 2 minutes. API key metadata is retained until the key is deleted. You may request data deletion by disconnecting your wallet and clearing browser storage.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Ed25519 cryptographic authentication, and encrypted data storage. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your wallet and session.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
